Badagry West gets three weeks digital training.
TechNow Global in partnership with Build In Human Capital (BIHC) have organised a three day digital training for residents of Badagry West, aged 12-35 .
The program which is venued in Apa Town hall in the ancient Apa Kingdom, started yesterday and will last for three weeks. During the period, the students are expected to learn : digital skills needed to be useful and productive in the society, in the 21st century. Some other benefits will include, internship placement and mentorship plans for beneficiaries.
According to the coordinator of the Build In Human Capital (BIHC), Mr Ajape Yahaya, says that the initiative is aimed at solving challenges through technology and also make residents of the rural areas get exposure to digital skills, which is pertinent in this era.
He urged the residents of the axis to turn out in large numbers to benefits from the concept.
He also admonished the beneficiaries to be well behaved at the center, adding that, this might just be the tips of the iceberg.
