 The Nigerian education system today, is calling seriously for policies reviews. It has gotten to the stage where hard-working students are no longer honoured and are seen as being too serious and unfashioned.

The less serious students on campus get the pride in school and society, as they sign several endorsement deals in appreciation for their unseriousness.

Aside this, everyone is aware of the reward teachers get in form of their salaries, compared with others. The salary is the singular factor that is making many people deviating from the academic line. 

May be if the education sector gets enough funding and it becomes healthy other sectors will be free from incompetent hands.
